I work in catering in area management. One of our unit managers, quite overweight, really struggles to keep her elasticated kitchen trousers up. So much so, when bending over she shows about half of her ass. Pretty sure her ass in always out, but the kitchen top is long enough to cover. Pretty sure on a few occasions her trousers have slipped so low her vagina was almost showing. We’ve even had the client mention that we need to source her some trousers that fit, as other workers there have noticed how much her bum hangs out. I don’t want to do anything about it!!

Do you think she is embarrassed by it?

The client have told me (her line manager) but not directly to her. I really don’t want to buy her uniform that fits lol. She doesn’t seem embarrassed, she rarely pulls her trousers up anyway when they’re falling. And i can’t film or take pics! Could get me in a spot of bother if caught
