I’ve seen it 1st hand in major cities AND small towns. When a man is in a crowded area with children present, he will moon the entire venue without EVER adjusting his pants. Meanwhile, a woman who is showing even a small amount of asscrack will be warned by her friends AND complete strangers to pull her pants up. And that’s if she isn’t already desperately trying to cover it up.
